This app consists of 1.) relaxation, 2. imagination and 3. implementation support and sets you to a deep condition of wellbeing. The app helps to manage stress and to activate resources and guides you to a condition of silence and strength.
You may carry out this exercise anytime you like except while driving a car or when your concentration is required responsibly elsewhere. This exercise is especially suitable for regeneration, to strengthen vitality or to clarify questions. The app is especially suitable to manage stress, to make us of breaks in a reasonable way, to unwind or to regenerate.
Repeatedly visualising images in a relaxed condition speeds up the imagination process and leads to a change of your entire mental state. This is helpful especially for stress situations. In order to automise the recalling process and to enhance the effectiveness you need a certain amount of practice.
You may listen, read or listen and read at the same time.
The effectiveness of this app increases significantly if you answer the questions at the end of the exercise. You may send your answers via e-mail to any e-mail account and thus it's possible to go back to your answers anytime you like.
